1. Products & Customization
All our products are custom-made and personalized as per customer requirements.Once an order is confirmed, design previews or samples (if applicable) will be shared for approval before final production.
Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, printing, or screen display differences.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.Payments are accepted through secure online methods or UPI transfers.
Once an order is placed, cancellation or refund is not possible after design approval or production start.
3. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on location and product type.
Delays caused by courier, weather, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
4. Returns & Replacements
Since all products are customized, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.In case of damage, customers must report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Replacement will be provided after verification.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All personal data (like photos, names, or contact info) shared for customization will be used only for order purposes and never shared with third parties.6. Copyright & Content
